ArcMail Technology Names New CEO Shreveport, LA. - August 15, 2006 - ArcMail Technology, a leading provider of email archiving and management technologies, today named Ray Bingham as its new chief executive officer. The appointment of Bingham adds significant depth to ArcMail’s already solid management team that includes recently named Dean Richardson as chief technology officer. Ray Bingham brings over 25 years of experience in IT product development and management. Most recently Bingham served at AT&T Wireless as vice president of customer systems where he managed a $280M budget and a staff of 1200 developers and analysts who were responsible for system development on all customer facing systems, including call center, telephony, and web applications. As CEO at ArcMail, Bingham will be responsible for taking the company through its next phase of growth, and directing future technology developments for the ArcMail U3120 appliance. "Ray’s strong combination of strategic planning and development experience will enable ArcMail to execute on the strong foundation it has already built," said Wayne Smith, ArcMail Technology board member. "Ray is capable of leading the ArcMail team to a leadership position in the email archiving and management sector. Combined with the strong management team and the new ArcMail appliance, Ray's arrival puts the company in a very strong position indeed." Prior to joining AT&T Wireless, Bingham joined WRQ where he managed the marketing launch of Reflections 5250 for WRQ. He served as Vice President of Client Products at Attachmate where he oversaw the development and release of the Extra for Windows and Extra for the AS/400 product lines.
