ArcMail Technology Hires CTO
Email archiving and management solutions provider hires Dean Richardson

Shreveport, LA. - January 5, 2006 - ArcMail Technology, a leading provider of email archiving and management Technology, today named Dean Richardson as chief technology officer. Richardson is a recognized leader in enterprise messaging technology; his appointment is a strategic move for ArcMail.

Richardson joins ArcMail from MessageGate where he served as vice president of technology. Richardson helped develop its flagship product which was designed to protect and manage Boeing’s email environment. Dean will be responsible for direction of all technology development at ArcMail and also for all relations with other technology vendors.

Prior to MessageGate, Richardson served as senior architect at the Boeing Company where he was responsible Boeing's Enterprise Messgaing Backbone, one of the largest private email networks in the world. While at Boeing, he was a board member of the Electronic Messaging Association. He was also appointed as Associate Technical Fellow of The Technical Leadership Team. Richardson has also implemented messaging systems at Lockheed Martin and The Tribune Company and has served as chairman of the Messaging Forum of The Open Group, an international standards consortium.
