William T. (Todd) Gates PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As President and Chief Financial Officer of ArcMail Technology, Todd Gates is responsible for the staff of ArcMail Technology's Shreveport headquarters. Additionally, Gates serves as Vice President and Chief Financial & Legal Officer of Sklar Exploration Company, L.L.C. He is involved in the general management of Sklar's real estate, oil & gas and technology investment portfolio. Mr. Gates graduated from Southern Methodist University with honors in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. In 1993 he earned a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. In 1996, he received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from Tulane University School of Law and was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 1996. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and three federal district courts in Louisiana. Mr. Gates is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Management Program and has many years of experience in corporate management as well as financing and structuring oil & gas, real estate and technology business transactions.
Dean Richardson VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Dean Richardson is a recognized leader in enterprise messaging technology, having implemented messaging systems in companies such as The Boeing Company, Lockheed Martin and The Tribune Company. Richardson has served as Chairman of the Messaging Forum of The Open Group, an international standards consortium; Board Member of the Electronic Messaging Association, and, during his tenure at The Boeing Company, as Associate Technical Fellow and member of The Technical Leadership Team. In 1994, Richardson co-founded Left Coast Systems Corp., an Internet service provider, Web hosting and software development company which attracted the attention of The Boeing Company. In 1998, Richardson joined Boeing where he served as Senior Architect in the Enterprise Messaging Services. In this role, he was responsible for Boeing's Enterprise Messaging Backbone, one of the largest private email networks in the world. Richardson led the Boeing Ventures team that created and spun out MessageGate, whose product was based on technology Richardson developed to protect and manage the Boeing email environment. Richardson served as co-founder and Vice President of Technology at MessageGate before joining ArcMail Technology in January 2006.
Brendle (Bren) Dykes DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Bren Dykes joined ArcMail Technology in July 2007, bringing IT experience ranging from small business to the Fortune 50. Bren is responsible for the technical support department as well as construction and management of network infrastructure. Bren attended Boise State University, where he helped build the first web site for the State of Idaho. He graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems and immediately joined Micron PC, where he wrote inventory and materials management software. While there, he was a key part of several mission-critical software implementations and had software submitted for patent. He joined Sears in 1998 as a Senior Technical Specialist and participated in numerous successful projects across several business units, and consulted on building the GNX B2B portal. In 2003 Bren founded Xellerated Consulting, Inc. and provided services ranging from data migration to HIPAA compliance interfaces and web application development.
Steven Silberberg DIRECTOR OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Steven Silberberg has been working with ArcMail Technology since September 2005. He brings 35 years experience in computers, computer communications, telephone and cellular communications, hardware and software development and support, and international product development and marketing. In 1984 he founded Fraser's Hill Ltd., which developed and marketed hardware and software products including SDLC, X.25 and national language conversions for the IBM terminal emulation market. These products complemented emulation products from Emerald Technology, Network Software Associates, Attachmate, and others. From 2000 through 2005 Fraser's Hill Ltd. provided local internet service to underserved areas in rural Arizona. Steven has also done consulting work with a number of major companies including IBM, Intel, Memorex, and Motorola.
